This is making me hungrier than I already am.

Dinner from the other day: tofu + veggie enchiladas.
If you have access to a Safeway, it is imperative that you buy a jar of Safeway brand enchilada sauce and make enchiladas. With plain yogurt on top. It is the bomb diggity.

Dessert from the other day: raspberry port wine.
From water glasses, because we're just classy like that.

I'm really excited about Christmas this year. I'm always really excited about Christmas. But this year I feel grown-up-excited about it. It's going to be a bit different; not the every-single-Christmas-of-my-childhood Christmas, but I'll be home, where I belong.

Some Christmas touches to our garageapartment.

It's messy. I was studying. It's allowed.

Cyril made this when he was small.

I made the snowflakes out of Oceanography notes the day after my exam.

How I see our snowflakes from bed before I go to sleep with no glasses:

Cyril is making homemade naan and curry!

Did somebody say "Captain Morgan Spiced Rum and Eggnog"?

Two (of many) things I love: Christmas & shoes.

New(old) shoes given to me by our sweet new friend. Who, two weeks after meeting, moved away.

The heel was too high for her, so she gave them to me. Thanks, dear!

Cardi: H&M, shirt: thrifted, skirt: thrifted, tights: H&M, necklace: gift from Cyril's mum, shoes: gift from Caroline.

Blouse: thrifted, skirt: Le Chateau, tights: H&M, shoes: gift from Caroline, belt: was my Grandpa's, necklace: thrifted.
Yeah it was cold.

Same as above, but with my beloved thrifted sweater/coat and scarf from Italy.

Coat: Zara, (new $3)dress: thrifted, tights: H&M, shoes: thrifted, scarf: market in Italy.
PS - I got my hair cut.

I should be studying German. Luckily I have a Swiss boy toy der fliessiend Deutsch spricht.

The windows are going wild with condensation.

I think exams were invented to be ridiculous. Why, why, why? No, no, no. Correction: I think studying was invented to be ridiculous. My French grammar exam yesterday was the quickest 2.5 hours of my life and not at all painful. It was calm and quiet and I felt productive and (somewhat) intelligent. Bring on the exams! Just don't make me study.

I wore this the other day:

Sweater: Primark, blouse: thirfted, jeans: Tati, grannies: thrifted.
It is sadly time for a new pair of jeans. €12 Tati man jeans, it's been a groovy ride, thanks. (I'm not sure if I have ever mentioned that, but they are man pants! Cyril owns the same pair.)

Brunch at our house. Scrambled tofu with (lots of) curry.

Yogurt with cinnamon apples and honey.

I think fog is one of my favorite kinds of weather.
I wish Nature would fog-it-up more often. Fog it, fog fog it.
